Job Placement
At Nesivos we believe that a structured day is the first step in dealing with a teen who has failed academically. Our job training and placement program has proven to be an effective tool in dealing with our struggling teens.
We equip young people with the skills and confidence they need to get a job and pursue a career. We also work closely with employer partners to ensure that we create trainings and coach candidates in ways that help meet employer needs.
A positive first job experience has been shown to lead to steadier employment and more money earned over one’s lifetime. Together we are creating a stronger community, one job at a time.
